I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overengineered. The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying. The spray feature works very well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hot and cold labels not consistent I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Hot water will be running just fine, then all of a sudden it goes cold and I can't get hot water for a bit. It does not happen anywhere else in the house, so it's now the water heater. My guess is that it may be the cartridge? Part #?

We use the plug-in adapter and not the battery pack. &nbsp;What if I have the valve Open for daily touch on/off usage and when I am gone, the power goes out. With no power and the valve in the open position, will the water just flow til I return?

Douse a light come on from the spout of the faucet when water is running

My Trinsic faucet does not retract into the dock properly as it appears the opening has begun to rust and is now slightly misshapen as a result, preventing the spray wand to retract properly. Is there a replacement for the wand retainer/spout assembly?

The black rocker switch on the nozzle of my faucet, the one that switches between normal/spray, gets stuck in a halfway state between normal and spray. Is there any good way to clean and restore the operation of this switch to what it was like when new?

I am sorry that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta Faucet Trinsic Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology In Champagne Bronze MODEL# 9159T-CZ-DST and would be more than happy to help! Reduced flow is typically caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please try the following steps, so we can better assist you: 1) First, please unscrew the wand from the hose and turn the faucet on for 4 minutes to flush the lines and see if you get good flow out of the end of the hose. Please check for debris in the wand and re-attach it. Be careful not to let go of the hose with the wand removed, or it may retract into the faucet. 2) Next, turn the handle to the off position, place a bucket under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube and check for debris in the screen at the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it. 3) Finally, reattach everything and test the flow rate from the wand again. I'm looking for the replacement part for the magnetic ring that sits at the bottom of the base and keeps the spout attached and flush. It came out and is completely rusted and deteriorated. I didn't see it in the parts list.
